Crime, terrorism, and other illegal activities are increasingly taking place in cyberspace. Crime the dark web is one of most serious challenges confronting governments around world. Dark makes it difficult to detect criminals track activities, as provides anonymity due special tools such TOR. Therefore, has evolved into a platform that includes many pornography, weapon trafficking, drug fake documents, more specially terrorism context this paper. studies critical for designing successful counter-terrorism strategies. According result study, scientific have been minimally conducted methods used detecting combating them should be varied. Advanced artificial intelligence, image processing classification by using machine learning, natural language methods, hash value analysis, sock puppet techniques can predict terrorist incidents on web.
